Brand Identity

iCON Tech

Industry: Telecommunications

Scope: Brand Identity, Landing Page, Presentation Deck, One Sheeter, & SWAG

Role: Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, Design, & Copywriting

A net-new identity for a telecom infrastructure company, designed to feel innovative without losing the credibility their industry demands.

Operating at the intersection of construction and technology, they needed a brand that could speak to both worlds without defaulting to safe and utilitarian or tipping into something overly futuristic. Full creative direction, strategy, design, and copywriting from the ground up, with every decision rooted in the industry and the company’s core values.

  • iCON Tech needed to establish a credible brand identity that could sit at the intersection of construction and technology without leaning too far into either. Most construction brands feel utilitarian, while pure tech brands skew too futuristic. For a company doing genuinely innovative work in a hands-on field, neither fit.

  • The identity was built from the physical materials of the work itself. The "O" letterform references wires running through conduit; the angled forms echo bent metal. This grounded the mark in something real rather than symbolic, creating instant relevance with industry insiders while remaining distinctive to outside audiences. A violet palette gave the brand an ownable position in a sea of navy and gray.

  • The client launched with a complete brand system built to make an impression in investor and client rooms from day one. Identity, landing page, pitch deck, and SWAG, everything needed to show up credibly and memorably as they brought the company to market.
